- Exchange or Refund : If you received a wrong item(s) or item(s) broken during the shipment, we will offer you exchange or refund, upon we receive the return of the original item(s) we sent.
- All items returned must contain all original packaging materials and accessories. Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, we will arrange to send new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not avaialble, refund will be issued.
